Practice:
Dr. Mode has been caring for patients at The Stone House since 1990. Prior to that he worked at Kaiser Permanente and Woodburn Mental Health Center in Virginia for eleven years. Before moving to Virginia, he practiced for ten years in Stamford, Connecticut.
Dr. Mode specializes in adult care for a wide range of conditions: depression, anxiety, attention deficit disorder, OCD, bipolar disorder, social phobia, etc. His training in internal medicine gives him excellent perspective in underlying medical conditions that have psychiatric manifestations.
Dr. Mode does diagnostic evaluations and monitors medications if they are deemed appropriate. He works closely with counselors and therapists at The Stone House and other locations.
Personal Interests:
Dr. Mode’s outside interests include music, art, travel, and early American history.
