Family Therapy

At times, family life can become confusing and difficult.  If you are experiencing poor communication, frustration or behavior problems, family therapy could help.  Family therapists usually meet with the entire family, particularly at the beginning of therapy.  Sometimes, ongoing meetings with the entire family present work best. At other times, various members of the family meet individually with the therapist, as needed.  When teenagers are having difficulty, your therapist will suggest the appropriate combination of individual meetings, parent meetings and full-family meetings.
